You understand and acknowledge that you will be required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of purchase or pickup to verify your age and identity. Any order placed by a person under 21 years of age will be canceled.

All products sold by Lifted Meds are intended for personal use only in the state of Montana and in accordance with its laws and regulations. You, the user, are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession, use, and transport of cannabis.

3. Online Ordering & In-Store Pickup
- Product Availability: Our online menu is provided for your convenience. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed and fulfilled in-store. We reserve the right to substitute or remove items from an order if they are no longer available.
- Order Reservation: Placing an order through our website serves as a reservation for the selected products. The transaction is not complete until you have paid for and received the products at our physical retail location.
- In-Store Pickup: All online orders must be picked up in person at our designated dispensary location. You must present your valid, government-issued photo ID and the original payment method. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
- Returns & Refunds: Due to state regulations, all cannabis sales are final. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds once a product has left the store. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
